Vivek Prasanna and Chanthini Tamilarasan are a childless couple, struggling with mental distress. Their friend, Anand Nag, offers them support. Meanwhile, Poornima Ravi, the daughter of Auto driver Marimuthu and Rama, works at a petrol bunk. Prathosh has been in love with her.
On the other hand, Eswar, a car mechanic, steals and sells cars with the help of his friends. Pradeep K. Vijayan runs a hospital that offers treatment to childless couples. These four different characters converge due to a problem. What is this problem, and how is it connected to medicine and Medical Mofia? The rest of the story forms the crux of the film.
Director Thambidurai Mariyappan has crafted a hyperlinked suspense thriller film set against the backdrop of the medical field. The film sheds light on the rampant scams that take place under the guise of infertility treatment. The director deserves praise for conveying a crucial message: instead of spending lakhs on treatments, people can adopt children who are in need of care.
Vivek Prasanna, who plays the central character, delivers a riveting performance. Chanthini Tamilarasan, who portrays his wife, beautifully captures the emotions of a woman yearning for motherhood. Poornima Ravi and Prathosh also deliver impressive performances. Ananth Nag, who plays a friend, showcases a different side to his acting skills, surprising the audience.
Marimuthu and Rama, who play the roles of Poornima’s parents, bring to life the struggles of a middle-class family. Sanjeev, who plays an inspector, Vaayaapuri, who plays a constable, and Nizhal Ravi, who plays the chief minister, all deliver performances that are true to their characters.
Ajit Sreenivasan’s Cinematography has added strength to the film. R S Rajprathap’s music is enjoyable and captivating. Editor Mugan vel did a great justice to the screenplay. 4 ways story into same line is great challenge one he managed well.
Trauma movie about infertility & pregnancy based story in different ways. Great message for nowadays daytoday life. Thief’s comedy workouts well. Unexpected twist and turns lot. Especially unpredictable climax. It’s a family movie with engaging each and every scene. Worth to watch in theatres.
